Please read these before you book. If anything is unclear, message us and we'll explain.

House rules

  • Please keep quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Visitors must be registered with the host.
  • The main gate is closed and locked at 11 PM every day.

Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in is from 2 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may incur extra charges.
  • A valid government photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in.

Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made within 3 days of arrival.
  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of check-in.

Damage and liability

  • Guests will be charged for any damage or missing items found after check-out.

Parking

  • Parking is limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Privacy and data

  • Personal information shared through our enquiry forms is used only for your reservation and to communicate with you.
  • We do not share your data with third parties.
